Review of the Summer

Proactive Assistants - Review of the Summer

August has been a busy month here at Proactive Assistants, just when we thought it was going to be a quiet time to catch up on our tasks.  No complaints though as it has kept us and our Associates busy during this lovely warm weather.

Time has been spent working with our regular clients and going into the office for a local Architectural Design company once a week.

The sales team meeting with our Manufacturing client was interesting as always and good to hear the great progress the team is making with new customers and orders in the UK and Ireland.

We have now begun working in earnest with our new client helping with arranging meetings and accommodation for the Directors.

The Association we help has its next event towards the end of September, so we are busy making preparations for members to attend and for the event to run smoothly.  It’s always interesting when you work with a new venue and this time we will be holding the event in Birmingham.

A head-hunting project for another of our clients to source an Operations Manager for a company based in Ireland.  Always a challenge but one I still enjoy especially when the results are positive!

Two of my favorite services that we offer and that I don’t get to be involved in as much these days are Event Management and Recruitment.  So if you have any requirements please get in touch at +44 (0)7969199325.

It’s not been all work last month and I had an exciting day White Water Rafting at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, https://www.nwscnotts.com/hpcp/activities/rapids/wwr/  the adrenaline was pumping!!

At the Uttoxeter Business Network meeting in July, I won a 90-minute Clarity session with Victoria Prince of Touchpoints Marketing and got some great tips about the marketing for Proactive Assistants and the AIDA funnel – thanks Victoria.

We are looking forward to the last quarter of the year with more exciting projects to tackle along with our regular work.
