Hi, I’m Sue Cliff, Managing Director of Proactive Assistants. We offer professional and friendly proactive business support or virtual assistant services.
Our job is to make your job easier, by helping you complete all the tasks that you either don’t have time to do, don’t like to do, don’t want to do or that are just not really cost-effective for you to do!
We understand the challenges small business owners face, as I’ve run my own business helping entrepreneurs just like you for the last 10+ years. Before that, I worked in roles for other businesses like Executive Administrator, Recruitment Manager and Personal Assistant (PA) to Managing Directors.
Working alongside you – either on-site or remotely, we can help you manage and grow your business, whether you need help with any kind of business administration tasks, including secretarial services, telemarketing, bookkeeping, social media, minute taking, copy typing, or transcription.
We’re friendly, conscientious and passionate about helping other companies. Working as an extended part of your team, we can help organise your workload and set up efficient systems and processes by prioritising tasks and creating innovative solutions. We’re used to working under pressure to meet objectives and deadlines, and enjoy all the boring, mundane tasks that most people hate, like archiving and filing.
