Over halfway through the year, and where did that go to?
This year has been very productive here at Proactive Assistants.
Since February, we have been regularly using Associates in the business to help with tasks we feel comfortable outsourcing.
Business seems to be busier than ever, which is fantastic, we are also seeing this trend among our clients.
It hasn’t been all work, and in May, I had a two-week holiday in Florida, which was great fun and good to recharge the batteries.
If you are still waiting to go on a well-earned holiday, please have a look at my previous News article about Holiday Preparation for your business https://www.proactiveassistants.co.uk/holiday-preparation-for-your-business/
Would you benefit from extra help during the run-up or the holiday? Please give us a call on 07969199325.
This week, we started working with a new client who has just launched their business as a Litigation Funder. So, we are looking at exciting times ahead and learning and understanding their business needs and how we can best support them.
We have been busy with the usual credit control tasks for several of our clients and processing sales and purchase invoices for a manufacturing company and building contractor. With wages to process to the sub-contractors later today and prepare the monthly CIS return.
Recently we started helping a local Architectural Designer firm spend a day in their office each week to help with various tasks. These include reporting on workload and output and breakdown for each client and all the architects using the monthly timesheet data to collate this report.
We have a Mailshot to prepare for and to send out next week, these are usually very well received, and the follow-up calls are generally very positive. However, the increased price in postage has also been a consideration for the client.
Next week will be good fun with a local networking event, Uttoxeter Business Network, on Tuesday morning. Check it out https://www.linkedin.com/groups/12143719/ if you are looking for a new group to visit in Uttoxeter.
Wednesday evening will also be busy as I will attend Uttoxeter Heritage Centre – Redfern’s Cottage https://redfernscottage.org/ for a Finance and Trustee meeting to participate and take the minutes.
Have a lovely weekend, whatever you may be doing.
