April has been another exciting month for us at Proactive Assistants as we have been providing our Mail Management Service to one of our regular clients who we regularly provide postal Mail Merge Campaigns, but this is the first time we have done an Email Merge for them. We have also completed a mail campaign for another client using Mailchimp.
We have also welcomed a client back to do some proofreading of a report, which is part of our PA / Secretarial & Admin Support only a small task, but always nice to know that people still remember you even after 10 years!
Also, under this service, we have started a new Recruitment Campaign to source a Technical Sales Engineer for the South West of England this can sometimes be challenging but everyone we have spoken to has been very positive and appreciative even if sometimes not interested.
Every month we provide our Bookkeeping Resource to several of our clients from processing Sales and Purchase invoices to Credit Control using Xero and Quickbooks.
Not all the support we give is defined by our 10 Services as we pride ourselves in being able to help our clients with any of their challenges – if we can. The other day we took a call from someone asking for some technical help as they had recorded a meeting, on the App we had suggested and often use, but couldn’t download this to share with their client. Unfortunately, after an hour and a half and various suggestions to try to overcome the problem we hadn’t found a satisfactory solution. We were pleased to hear that eventually this did get resolved a week later.
The variety of our business is what keeps us challenged and excited to help our clients.
