I wanted to share with you a typical weekday for me.
I get up at 05:00 usually I am already awake before my alarm goes off.
I have a cup of tea and sit at the table downstairs, and then it’s into my office/gym, where I do a spin class. This sets me up for the day and is one of my routines that is important to me.
Before I shower, I make another cup of tea and maybe put a wash on, or it has been known for me to do some early morning gardening in the summer months. I haven’t yet progressed to ironing, but that’s a chore I don’t enjoy, so why would I spoil my morning!
I am usually set for my working day by 07:00, as this gives me plenty of time to focus on my To-Do List or make headway with client work.
Those that know me well know I’m an early bird and easily contactable at this time of the day for any pressing issues.
For me, I love mornings, it’s the best part of the day where you can achieve so much without interruption, or as they say, “the early bird catches the worm”.
It’s great to be prepared for any eventualities that may occur during the day, as can so often happen. So, I like to get all routine tasks and any deadlines I am aware of sorted out just in case.
I know I am more productive first thing and not so effective if I need to work on something into the evening. I know we are all different, but it is always good to work to your strengths, work smarter, not harder.
Productivity is about getting important things done consistently. At Proactive Assistants, we understand the importance of this, and that is why our clients rely on us to keep them organised.
If you would like to chat about how we can help with your productivity, please give me a call on 07969199325. I would love to hear from you.
