We are often asked to do mail campaigns as this is a good way to get in front of potential clients and has proved very successful in the past. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has again increased the price of first-class stamps to £1.25 on 2nd October which makes this a rather expensive option. We have many different email accounts for our clients, which we think makes them look more professional, this can be via Outlook or Webmail whatever option works best for our clients. Accounts are checked several times a day or as regularly as our clients would like. If our clients are working on a big project and have a lot of appointments to arrange then we need to be checking emails more frequently throughout the day to keep communication moving.
We also manage clients’ own email accounts by filing their emails which they find extremely useful and sending and receiving secure emails from various platforms.
Another of our services is to supply electronic marketing campaigns for clients, which can be done via platforms such as Mailchimp or our clients’ own CRM system.
