Emails are a great form of communication but can eat away at your time, so restrict your time checking emails to possibly twice a day unless you are waiting for something important.
Prioritise – respond – file.
We have many different email accounts for our clients in our Outlook account but also use Webmail logins. This can make a business look bigger than it is and more professional.
I use online archiving for my mailbox, which means any emails older than a specific date get archived and stored online, not your mailbox, which tends to free up space.
One of our current projects is helping a client sort through their emails and put them into folders that correspond with the folders set up in their OneDrive account and then transfer any attachments from the emails.
We also do electronic marketing campaigns for clients, which can be done via platforms such as Mailchimp or our clients CRM system.
Post
Is it just me are you looking forward to receiving the post (apart from the brown envelopes, that is)?
Often, we get asked to do mail campaigns for marketing and promoting a business or sending information out to a membership organisation. We find that people are more receptive to receiving something via post when we follow up with a phone call.
Did you know that the Post Office offer a Drop & Go account, which is helpful if you have an extensive mail campaign?

We have set up PO Box accounts for clients in the past but are currently looking at alternative options that are more cost-effective as two local businesses offer Postal Address Services.
Whatever your mail management requirements we are happy to talk to you about the solutions available and how we can tailor a package to meet your individual needs.
